Frequently asked questions
Can you upload my products to a marketplace?
Yes. The first 50 products cost €100, further products €2 each. Descriptions and image editing are €2 per product each, and we can also handle orders and returns monthly.
Can you connect eMAG, Amazon, Temu, Trendyol or Altex?
Yes. eMAG and CEL setup is €100 each, Altex, Amazon, Temu, Trendyol, Kaufland and most others €150 each. Marketplace commissions are paid to the platform and are separate from our fee.
Who is responsible for marketplace rules and penalties?
You are the seller, so the account and its obligations are yours. We set the account up correctly, keep the listings, stock and prices in order, and tell you when a platform changes a rule that affects you.
Are the prices on this site final?
Fixed prices are what you pay for that service as described. Prices shown as “from” are starting prices and depend on the scope, which we agree in writing before starting.
